Refund Policy
Returns
Currently, our return policy is only offered to customers who received the wrong print order. Original artworks are final sale. If your print order is incorrect, please request a return within 7 days from when your package arrives by filling out the form here. To be eligible for a refund, you must complete the Refund Request Form, provide the receipt or proof of purchase, which can be provided through email: kashana@brokenedges.com, and send the print back first in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for Fine Art prints. You have 7 days after receiving your print to request an exchange. If you bought a print but you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange your print for an equal or lesser valued print. In order to make an exchange, please fill out the form here. To be eligible for an exchange, you must complete the Exchange Request Form and provide the receipt or proof of purchase, which can be provided through email: kashana@brokenedges.com. Your print must also be in the same condition that you received it and the print has to be sent back first in its original packaging before you can receive your new print. Please know that we do not accept exchanges for original artwork. Original artworks are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns about any original artwork before purchasing, feel free to reach out!
Cancellations
Free cancellations are offered to customers who mistakenly make a duplicate print order only. Unfortunately, we do not offer free cancelations for print orders that are not duplicated, and we do not offer free cancellations for original artworks in any case. If you unintentionally make a duplicate print order, please contact us within 2 days so we can cancel your order and provide you with a refund free of charge. After 2 days, there is no guarantee that you will be able to receive a refund. Most prints are created once an order is placed, so we cannot cancel and offer a refund once the creation process has begun. Thank you for your understanding!
Damages
Once a package is given over to the shipping service (UPS), we are no longer responsible for any damages or failed deliveries that may occur, and we are not responsible for any damages that occurred after your items arrive. We ensure that all items are properly packaged and secured to keep your artwork protected, however, we unfortunately have no control once the packages are handed over to the shipping service.
We cannot accept returns for damaged items after they have arrived. To keep your artwork in good condition after arrival, please keep it in a safe location, away from liquids, fire, direct sunlight to avoid UV light, etc. Also, to protect your prints from humidity and air pollutants such as dust, frame them behind glass.
Failed Delivery/Lost Item
If you do not receive your package, but it is marked delivered, please first check your confirmation email to make sure your address is correct. We cannot replace a print order for free if you input the wrong address. If the address is correct, please contact the shipping company because we will be unable to solve this issue for you. However, if any packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we are more than able to forward your package to you!
